How do I place an order?
In order to purchase any merchandise online, you should have a valid credit card and will need to create an account. This account records your details for safe delivery of your purchases. Once you have set up an account, you can order merchandise by simply entering your e-mail address and password.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
When will my credit card be charged?
As soon as your order has been processed through our payment procedure and confirmation is received from your bank that the credit card transaction has been approved, your credit card will be debited.
I don't have a credit card, is there another way to order?
Yes, you can purchase direct from Māori Television at 9-15 Davis Crescent, Newmarket, Auckland. However, we only keep a limited amount of stock at our studio so please call Māori Television reception first on 09 539 7000 to check availability.
Do you have a product in stock?
At all times, we seek to keep all catalogue product lines within the Māori Television Merchandise range well stocked. However, this is not always possible. We will contact you, using the contact details you provided, if for any reason we are unable to provide a product item.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What are your shipping rates?
These vary based on volume of order and destination; however, the full shipping cost will be calculated and made known to you prior to your transaction being processed.
Can I use a PO Box for delivery?
We do not deliver to Post Office Box/Private Bag under any circumstances.
When should I expect my order to arrive?
Where stock is available and an order is received before 2pm on a weekday, the order will be dispatched on the same day. All domestic orders should be received within 48-72 hours. Orders received in the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning.
